Need some help

Hello! I’ve been in severe pain for almost 3 weeks. Chest hurts back hurts, jaw hurts ribs feel like they crush me sometimes and stinging pains in my arms and my leg feels like it wants to give out! But I’ve been to the er multiple times and they say it’s just anxiety and acid reflux. Damn I feel like I’m gonna die. Without proper help
