Struggling in 3 HL subjects....HELP!!! 😭

I'm literally struggling with maths aa hl, physics hl, and chemistry hl, even if I study for long hours I am not able to crack a score higher than 4 or 5, but I really need to get 7s in these three subjects!!!!...I really need help with the resources and planning for how to study for these subjects to get a higher 6 or 7!!!...Please help!! 😭
