Algae in tank turning ghost shrimp green

Hi there,

Ive had my shrimp for a few weeks, and noticed last night she is starting to have a greenish hue. Is this abnormal? Shouldn't be treating the tank in order to cut down on algae? Everyone in the tank seems to be fine i was just wondering if this can potentially be harmful.
