Running out of hope

This isn’t easy to post. I have been dealing with these symptoms for 6 months. I’ve had tons of tests and scans and seen multiple gi doctors and specialists and still no answers. My symptoms are upper abdominal fullness and causes chest and throat pressure, constipation/incomplete emptying, not passing gas, bloating after meals even on low fodmap, fatigue, and irritability. Also want to note that along with the intense upper abdominal pressure I feel a sense of doom and severe depression I have intense crying spells along with these feelings of doom that seem super connected to the fullness. I’m seeing a functional provider now and awaiting Gi map test results. I had a gastric emptying study which showed mild delayed gastric emptying (toward the end of my test) but not true gastroparesis. I can’t continue living this way. I’m hoping seeing a functional provider will help me get answers.
