Now what

tested 4/11, my score SUCKED (not even 500). I still have some bizarre belief that I want to apply this cycle.
So I want to be delusional and first think abt a retake for this cycle, could I swing a test date and manage to apply? (this is sorta just a question of when’s the last date to take it)
If not, obviously I’m going to put in the effort and study better, do things the right way, but what do i do? I sort of lack in the research side of my application anyway, where should I turn for future plans?
P.S. I now have to get a tattoo since I said i’d tattoo any score below 500… unfortunate
