Crypto security app

I'm building a crypto security app that helps people mitigate crypto scams even before major loss happen and currently the app is 50% done and I'm 18yo I have not much experience with the technicalities involved in the backend and I'm stuck but I think this can be great if implemented correctly as "does are the major Thinkers" I'm looking for a good engineer who could help?

Note:I did the work in flutter as it is compatible for both android and iOS for the build
