How to Bind the Keyboard "TAB" Key to one of the Back Buttons.

I've been trying to do this without any success; I would like to Bind the Keyboard "TAB" Key to one of the Back Buttons. I'll be using this to access MAME Emulator Dip Switch Settings in games like Capcom Final Fight.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.
