AAT - L2 - Business Env Query

Hi all,

Can someone explain this as I just sat my assessment. I know results take around 4 weeks or less, but the synoptic part which I assume is the typing letters, emails and sentences question. Do those count to 30% overall if that makes sense?

I'm not sure how this unit is marked, I still don't understand. Can someone clarify? sorry if im stupid
