How to position both jobs on my resume without signaling a red flag?

At one point I had two full time jobs. One as a project manager 2021-2025 and the other as an executive assistant 2023-Present. I’m currently working only one of the jobs, the executive assistant job. My project manager job ended October 2025. I want to apply for another Executive Assistant job but I don’t want to show overlapping jobs. If I do, is it frowned upon? How can I put this on my resume without it looking so suspicious. At this point I’ve been at my Executive Assistant job for 3 years and that would mean something for this role I’m applying for. If I remove my project manager job, it leave a significant gap in my employment history. And my project management experience always make me looks great for executive assistant roles because I have additional skills beyond administrative.
