My husband (34m) can't/won't make me (31f) orgasm. Is this enough reason to walk away?

We have been married for 9 years. At the start the sex was ok but never mind blowing, we were only early 20s and he was less experienced than me so I believed with time it would get better. I have communicated many times what I like in bed and that I prefer a more vocal and dominant partner. He just won't listen, he thinks he's great at everything but I can't remember the last time I had an orgasm that wasn't by myself. Over the years our sex life has got worse, we only ever have sex in one position, there is no foreplay and no kissing. He has admitted to me that he doesn't want to go down on me and will only ever do it when he's drunk although he's never made me orgasm that way anyway. I am so sexually frustrated I don't know what to do, I fantasise constantly about how it would feel to reach climax with a man inside me again. I feel desperate at this point.

Do I just accept this is it for me? I feel so selfish to end out marriage because of this but it is the complete lack of concern for my happiness and enjoyment that ultimately makes me feel its not worth it anymore. Is there any way this can be fixed, does sex ever stay good in a long term relationship?
