Implants - skipping fat grafting - looking for perspectives on "gravity" effects and other aesthetics
Hi wonderful humans. I'm ready for my swap surgery - expanders to implants. I had previously decided no fat grafting. Half of it melts away and I just didn't want another surgical site. I'm ok with mild rippling. However, in today's pre-op, my PS said "It's fine but you'll have a dent at the top." What? Do any of you who chose to skip fat grafting have what you would call a "dent"? What has been your experience, and would you make the same choice regarding fat grafting?
Also, I am a small B cup and decided to go up SLIGHTLY. I figured why not fully fill out the B. Now I'm concerned, as he mentioned the implants being "heavy" and subject to "gravity." I don't want to have small bowling balls hanging on my chest, especially since I'm athletic. He said they "won't feel like natural breasts," which I understand, but that's not super helpful. I guess I want to know from someone who has experienced this: what do the implants feel like, especially with exercise?
Now I'm rethinking my whole surgical plan. I know these are small/aesthetic things to be worrying about, but I would appreciate any advice. Many thanks!
