Best pillow for side sleeper, neck pain, headaches

Any recommendations for a pillow to help with headaches and neck pain? I recently had a csf leak in my spine from an epidural and have been suffering with a headache for 2 months. I also have neck pain and am looking for a supportive pillow for side sleepers.

Criteria:
Standard shape (not looking for funky shapes)
Medium/firm support
Don’t care about price
