Extra Cars in garage

So i recently got the mafia 2 definitive ed from amazon Luna on gog
Now i started it and see that when i go into Joe's garage there are already many cars there which i assume are of a good lvl
So was just wondering wether every new player of mafia 2 gets so many cars from the stars or is it a thing about the definative ed
Some cars shown below
