Daymak Pit Hog

I bought a second hand pithog max from a friend. So far I've done the following for a bike that is about 6 years old and less than 1500km.

- Written custom software that removes the need to have an older device to connect to BLE device and uses an ESP32 with fully reverse engineered code.

- Upgraded the bars, 7/8" bars from a motorcycle shop work well (you'll need to modify the light and signal housing, simple to do, cut out the nub)

- Designed a printed a custom display holder that replaces the stock one.

- Added 6" light bar (Nitro 4x4 1800w LED) and wired it directly to the 12v plug, near the top of the left stanchion held by some custom PETG-CF mounts.

- Printed a custom mount for the rear plate

- Repaired the rear fender.

- cleaned up and mapped electrical system from controller, used known schematics to create final document with full breakdown of controller.

Things still requiring attention

- The error with the speedometer, which I suspect is hall sensor issue, bike shows higher speeds than actual speed. (72km shown, 42km actual)

- Grease and repack both axels

- repair front fender.

Any suggestions (I'm cheap af, and I want to make what I have work till It doesn't)
