My Adult Sons are Obsessed with me Saving $

I’m a 54 year old female who had a hemorrhagic stroke due to benign brain tumour in recovery after tumour resection surgery.

I have 2 very well educated, kind sons, 26&27 years old. My one son, lives For FREE in my condo & I rent the other room out of my 2 room of my 893 sq foot condo. The other son lives with his dad, for FREE in his home. I’m currently living For FREE with my mom as I relearn to walk.

My boys DO NOT SUPPORT ME at all, financially. But they OBSESSED with me spending MY OWN money.

I have reassured them they will never be put in a position of having to support me.

My problem is some of their ideas!!!! Like that I sell my condo & rent a room in someone’s house to save money!!!!

My one son takes care of all my RRSP’s etc. I will be looking for a CFP to replace him.

How do I get them to leave me alone about MY OWN money!!!
