Dunlop lemon oil on laurel and jatoba wood?

Hello there!
I have two guitars , one acoustic with jatoba fretboard and one eletric with laurel fretboard , I just ordered lemon oil from Dunlop , can I use it on this types of wood , how frequently should I use it?
I’m kinda of new on this , i already did a string change on the acoustic and didn’t used any products in it.
