Fixed Spotify black screen or 2nd monitor going off

i had this issue when i opened up Spotify my external monitor will go black, i searched for fixes but no success then i tried
going into control panel > power options > change plan settings > change advance power settings > PCI express > Link state power management and turn both options OFF, it fixed my issue for good. and i have installed Spotify from micorsoft store.
