Online interviewer not showing up?

Maybe I’m being impatient and going a bit fast but after roughly 40 minutes of being in the meeting nobody joined to actually let me in, I sent an email to the “recruiter” or HR who gave me the meeting and haven’t heard anything back after roughly 20 minutes. I gave the last 4 of my SS when I signed that form so I would’ve thought this was a scam if he didn’t have a .gov email address. But besides that I mean…Am I cooked? Did I do something wrong? Is this something common or that has happened to anybody else before?
