I want to update a locked level

I made a level that got rated, but shortly after people started finding bugs that I hadn't noticed before. I tried updating the level to fix the bugs, but it won't let me do so, and people are saying it's because Robtop locked it. This level is now in a gauntlet so I'd like to be able to fix these soon. What should I do?
