Offered role with new firm. Take?

Background:

5 YOE, just received P.Eng., all 5 years at current company.

Current salary at current company (95k CAD bump from 85k for getting licence)
- 3% RRSP math
- 5 weeks vacation
- straight OT
- about 10k a year bonus
- work from home unless I’m on a site (or some BS lunch and learn).
- office is 1 hour away

Offer from new firm:
- good firm, respected, same work
- office 10 minute drive away. Fully in office.
- base is 105k CAD
- 3 weeks vacation
- no RRSP, no OT
- annual bonus (no idea how much)

Stay with current company and get them to match the base? Is it even worth bringing up to them for 10k more? Or see if new firm will go to say 115-120?
