Looking for game/tech demo

Hey all, I'm hoping someone here can help me find a game/tech demo I've played ages ago.
I honestly don't remember much about it, it certainly was of the sandbox-y type though.
All I remember of the name is it being something super generic like just straight up being called „3D Sex Simulator“, which is why by now I do also suspect it could just have been an abandoned tech demo - but generic as that is, googling that just shows me all kinds of other games that fall in that category.

Setting was the following:

I believe you could pick a character you played as (one was a standard handsome rich guy, another was a pretty fat bloke) and you could then walk around in an apartment.
I believe in one room there was a woman just about standing around, you could then interact with her physically within the game - shove/grope/etc.
In another room was a woman sleeping(?), lying on her back, and you could individually unbutton her shirts buttons, the fabric was completely interactive and behaved somewhat physically correct to interactions. I am not sure anymore, but I think there were toys in that room for further „interaction“ as well, but that I cannot really say for certain anymore.

If anyone has some leads, I'll be grateful - I'm just curious to try it out again, should I find it.
