S24 ultra screen stopped responding to touch after one ui 8.5 update

After updating my phone to one UI 8.5, the screen no longer responds to touch when I use my finger but the spen still works.

Did anyone else experience this with this update Or has anyone else experienced this before and were they able to fix it.
