GMKtec P3 Pro goes to sleep when connected via NIC

Just got a P3 Pro 16 GB and am reasonably happy with but...

When I connect it to my EE hub it randomly goes to sleep.

Unhooking the rj45 cable let's it wake.

I get a warning 27 e2fnexpress in the system log i226v network link is disconnected

I've tried various fixes updated the nic drivers turned off sleep wherever I can find it

Bit of a loss at this point any help would be appreciated
