Planning to move to Malaysia-should I worry about dengue & get vaccinated?

Health

Hi everyone, I’m a 21f, and I’m planning to move to Malaysia soon for my studies.
I’ve been reading a lot about dengue fever and honestly it’s making me a bit anxious. In my home country the Qdenga vaccine is not available.
I wanted to ask people who actually live in Malaysia or have been there recently:

How serious is dengue there?
Is it something most expats/students worry about or is it mostly manageable with precautions?
Do you think getting the Qdenga vaccine is worth it before moving, or are mosquito prevention measures enough?
If you’ve had dengue in Malaysia, how bad was it?
Any practical advice for someone moving there?

Thank you so much in advance!
