Anyone having issues getting BF Pro for S3?

As the title suggests, I'm having issues buying the Pro version of the Season 3 battle pass. I bought the standard version, and I have money on my Steam account for the purchase plus taxes. I have been able to easily buy the Pro version for both earlier battlepasses, however I'm greeted with an error message whenever I try now. I scanned the QR with my phone and none of the options were helpful. I restarted the game, I've restarted my pc, I have relaunched steam and even signed back into the EA app to see if any of these things fix the problem, but any standalone attempt, or mix of the list does not help. Has anyone else had a similar issue, and does anyone know a possible solution?
