Suggestion for a Galvo scanner

Hi all, could someone please suggest me a closed loop Galvo scanner operating at 532nm wavelength. Aperture 10mm. Accuracy better than 5microns. Speed is not important.

Main thing it should be controlled via DAQ and programmed using Python.
