Healing and swelling

Hiiii
So I’m officially 6WPO today and wanted to know your thoughts on how healing should go

For context: my right boob the we bigger than my left and more grams were taken out. But at the 6 week appointment, it seems my left breast is alot more fuller

I don’t know if it’s because of swelling or if i have to be patient and wait but the left looks bigger. My doctor said it could be because my tissue is wide but idk.

Also my sides still hurt (there’s discomfort) is that normal?

Anyone in my shoes see a difference in their breasts?
