need advice

i just started on 25 mg of zoloft and the insomnia side effect is hitting me hard 🥲 i haven’t had more than 3 hours of sleep/night since early last week. last night i took magnesium and trazedone, fell asleep immediately but was wide awake by 1:30. any tips? i take it in the morning right after i eat brekky
