I keep getting snail mail letters and texts to my cell phone about a car I don't own. Could anything bad happen to me if I do nothing about it?

Can't tell if I should be more concerned about identity theft or what. I was getting texts to my personal cell phone number about a 2016 cadillac for the last year, from a dealership and then from car insurance companies, and rightly assumed "oh, this is just a spam/scam text" and ignored it.

Now, I'm getting actual letters, with my name on them, about that same car. Some from the dealership notifying the buyer of recalls of certain parts of that car. Some from, again, auto insurance companies. Some about registration or something. Haven't really opened them, I just throw them away haha.

Could there be any consequences for this? Should I be reporting this to someone?
