IDT Reimbursment

How does the $750 for travel work, is it always usually guaranteed (minus maybe govt shutdown) for +150mi through DTS?

Does that include a hotel, or is that just core travel flights/rental car/etc?

If my unit is ~120mi from me, do they still provide lodging or drill hall? Or would i be SOL
