Late box

Did they switch delivery services again??? My box was supposed to arrive yesterday and still has not arrived. When I try and track it, it takes me out of the app and over to the FedEx website where all it tells me is that a label was created on 5/8. No other updates or an estimated delivery date.

For context, I am in North Texas and I’ve had a subscription since August 2025. They’ve seemed to switch delivery services twice already since then. I’m so frustrated that I can’t even track this delivery and that it keeps taking me out of the app when I want to track!
