How do I convince my mom that going to college for a business degree is better?

Hopefully this june I will graduate with my associates degree im hoping that this august I can go somewhere for my bachelor's degree. Ive been thinking about what I want to do as a career since the 7th grade I still dont know after all this time so I just chose a business degree. You have alot of option for it even if I decide late I want to do something else its still pretty good to have.

However my mom wants me to go to school for something I like , that being art and costumes but I dont want to go for that . I like doing art but I cant see myself doing that for college trying to rush and finish a painting , animation or fashion thing after a while its going to get to a point where im going to start hating it and when that happens my art work can get sloppy it would just turn into a mess than with the addition of trying to write papers for other classes. (Also Ai even though artist pushing back has stopped it from fully infiltrating the industry its going to come eventually this is something my mom doesn't understand)

I just want to keep it simple write papers research etc.

Its kind of funny really 20 years ago it would have been me fighting to get a art degree. I dont want to start a big fight over this but we are running out of time I have already decided. I did say I would do more research into what a business degree requires as that was one of the things I didnt do. Its just I dont really have much help there arent really a career coach or anyone I can talk to everyone is just really busy so alot of this ive done on my own and theres alot I dont know.
