Candle randomly making us answer questions we havent even seen

So basically my partner and I has been using candle for a while now and suddenly we notice that some questions are being answered without us knowing. It's usually a yes or no question but sometimes the answer would be "Wanted to ask you this". Just wondering since we're worried that someone might be spying or controlling our candle accounts/data. Thanks!
