SIP vs Mutual Funds for a 22YO Fresher Earning 45k/month – Beginner Investment Advice Needed

I’m new to investing and confused between SIP and mutual funds.
Which one should I prefer as a beginner for long-term wealth building? Also, how much should I start with monthly?

My situation:

• Fresher working as a Data Scientist in Delhi
• Salary: ₹45k/month
• Give ₹15k-20k to my mom
• Living with parents, so no major expenses
• Left with around ₹25k-30k
