Sleep help without progesterone?

Wonder if anyone has any success stories of helping the middle-of-the-night waking without the use of progesterone? I was on pg and it was glorious for sleep, but not so much for constant bleeding. My gyn thinks my body just doesn't love the progesterone and switched me to Duavee, which has helped the bleeding but now I'm waking in the middle of the night again.
