Looking for some advice from people who have more experience in technology. I haven't had my own tablet/laptop since 2021 and because my company has provided me with a work laptop. These past few years I have literally done everything personally related on that laptop.
Recently I bought a Apple iPad 11-inch (A16) along with an apple pen. I wanted to get their case with the keyboard, but I really do not understand why they didn't make it accessible to use as a tablet as well. It seems like if you wanted to, you'd have to take it off of the keyboard case. Regardless, the reason I bought it is because I had one when I was a kid and a wave of nostalgia hit me lol. I do prefer Microsoft for what I do, especially excel. But I just overall prefer Microsofts feel over Apple.
Here is what I am looking for:
- Portability; So, a 2-n-1 seems like the best option
- Eye - Health; A product that can be adjusted to reduce the strain on your eyes
- Apps; Who has the best apps? Is Microsoft excel doable on Apple products?
- Note taking; I do like the concept of a pen. However, writing seems tough sometimes and I feel like I am just getting the screen dirty
- Price; the price is workable. I would most likely be trading this iPad in if needed.
I would appreciate any advice or follow up questions.
