20M 20F It seemed like dating

So I've matched with a girl on a dating up in november. Her profile stated that she was looking for friends, but anyway we started texting every day, went out a couple of times, it just seemed so perfect and sweet. Then after about 4 months I felt like she started distancing herself (did't talk too much, found many excuses not to go out). I asked her about that and she said that she isn't ready for a relationship, that she wasn't looking for one, that she can't give me what I want, that she likes talking to me, the regular stuff. I tried going no contact but seeing all the sad posts she liked om social media (about missing someone, unreciprocated love etc.) made me break it. Since then we texted for a little about shows and life in general. It felt sweet but just not the same. I really can't get her off my mind and I am thinking about trying to ask her out again. What are my real options? Or if you have some good advice for moving on (apart from gOiNG tO gYm, dO StUff U lIkE) please give me them.
