What is this logo and what is the bag for?

Any idea what this could be used for and whose logo it is? It is a soft thick fabric bag with no handles or closure. Could be a dust bag for storage of an item. Edges are edge stitched rather than hemmed. The opening is at the bottom so the logo is upside down if used as a bag. Searched the logo but found only comic book characters which don’t seem to match with this simple item.
