The best psychotherapist / clinical psychologist in Limerick

(Trigger warning for mild mentions of depression)

I know this isn't a one size fits all but I'm going to try ask anyway.

Over my life I've done counselling a good few times.. maybe 5 or 6 different counsellors over the years.

This started when I was 18, I'm in my mid 30s now and I haven't been to a counsellor in about 5 years.

From the first counsellor at 18, even though I did find some of it helpful, none of them really ticked every box for what I was looking for. They all seemed to have a plan where they'd select the most appropriate approach and then tailor a 3 month schedule or whatever, to get me feeling ok. What I want is a long term therapist who will dig with me back to my childhood and long term help me find a way to cope. I've a pretty good life on the outset and have everything ive ever wanted, but I just have a permanent sadness and anxiety in me that doesn't ever go away, and i don't know why but it's getting much bigger the last few months.

Has anyone been to an absolutely amazing, super skilled counsellor in limerick that they can recommend? I don't really like the idea of having to try out a few until I find a match, but I will if it comes down to it
