Pain in Butthole Pulling Out Tampon

Has anyone experienced this? I have no pain inserting tampons or wearing them. Sometimes (not even a majority of the time but maybe a tampon or two per cycle) I will get pain in my butthole when removing them. It’s not a crazy pain, but pain nonetheless. I’ve had butt lightning pain before, but not often and definitely not every period.

This cycle and the previous I was on letrozole 2.5 to help get pregnant. Didn’t get pregnant but did ovulate twice.

I’m worried this is a sign of endo, but I don’t have abnormally painful periods or really any other symptom of endo. I have irregular cycles, but that is due to PCOS.

Anyone had this experience before?
