When the war was over, when the surrender was signed, when japan was turned over to the Expeditionary Army, everything was different. First it was the construction of large prisoner processing centers from the previous ruling regime. Then it was barracks and ports off the water. Then came more troops to keep order in peace. Different army, and marine positions took up different prefectures around the nation to keep the peace. Lastly was the importing of us Government representatives to run everything, they had torn down the original parliament and set up a provincial congress. The ruling household was ousted and brought into the prison camps where God knows what will happen to them.

Outside the military posts were whore houses lined up. It was unofficially dubbed "Love Lane," on the account that local women will "love you long time." Those women were poor widows, some single mothers as their husbands had gone to fight for their country. The women would do anything for a few US dollars as the previous Yen was only worth the paper it was printed on.

The love houses close to the military were of poor quality and normally accepted US quarters for a simple suck job, and a Dollar for intercourse. Though service members only brought their new guys to be hazed. The real treats were in town far from post, run by local pimps and Yakuza. These women, for ten, twenty, even fifty dollars would blow your mind with what they can do.
