Suggestion for 2-axis Galvo scanner

Hi all, could someone please suggest me a closed loop 2-axis Galvo scanner operating at 532nm wavelength. Aperture 10mm. Accuracy better than 5microns. Speed is not important. It is for a low throughput precise laser marking. Not for sophisticated engraving or cutting. Budget less than $4000.

Main thing it should be controlled via DAQ and programmed using Python in the computer
