New Shopify store, and 3 days in, getting visitors but zero sales. Can anyone take a look?

Hey everyone! I opened my first Shopify store selling watches about three days ago and started running ads straight away. I'm averaging around 15-25 visitors at any given time, but I haven't made a single sale yet.
I'd really appreciate it if someone could take a look at my store and help me figure out what's going wrong. The site looks pretty complete to me, but I'm a total beginner so I'm probably missing something obvious, tell me that because I’m using a free theme that it makes the store seem a bit untrustworthy but I’m thinking noway it makes that much of a difference.
