Logged off constantly, then need to scan QR code each time

Hello, I use gmail for work, and multiple times a day I am randomly logged out and asked to sign back in, and each time I have to scan the QR code.

Is there a way to stop me from being constantly logged off? Is there a more efficient setup than scanning the QR code?
