Not losing weight as expected : Semaglutide

Im 25F, started first month on 0.25mg , and currently in week 2 of 0.5mg. I dropped 2 kgs(4.4 lbs) first month and jumped back to original weight when i shifted to a higher dose? Diet was a little strict first month, but then there were weddings, events, travelling and what not during month 2. Idk whats happening, please help with any info on why this might happening or any tips to resume my weight loss journey. Thanks in advance!
