Best high value food/treat to hide pills in?

My boy requires surgert is taking some pain meds right now and I have been opening up the capsules and dumping it in his favorite soft food. He seems to be able to taste it and doesn't want to finish the soft food, so it's hard to make sure he is getting all of the medicine down especially when he isn't feeling well and doesn't want a lot of food to begin with. Does anyone have any recommendations for high value foods/treats that he might be less likely to refuse? I am hitting up the pet store later and would love some input before I drop money on a bunch of different items to try lol
