Thinking of buying townhouse in West Springs

I'm thinking of putting offer on this townhouse in West Springs, looking for opinions. 2 adults, no kids. Worried it might be a bit small if we are both working from home (only has 2 bedrooms). Not a deal breaker though. Ideas for set up? Share one room as office or maybe make dinning room second office? Seems like a nice area. Has anyone else lived in place that backs onto a busy-ish road?
