megapark mallorca scam for workers

I just worked for Megapark in Arenal, Palma de Mallorca. First day when I came to accomodation provides by them I was disapointed, 500€ for a room you share with other person and the rest of the apartment with 6 more people. Also, the work is really hard and I would get used to apartment if they didnt steal my tips. Since that happened I decided to quit, it would be better if I never agreed to come in first place. I am so disapointed about that experience and have fear to even start anything else anywhere on island. Did you have similar experiences?
