Reddick is so much better at Xs and Os than Finch and Mitch Johnson....

When you watch Lakers against Thunder, a team clearly inferior in basically all aspects, it's amazing how Lakers all games started strong and with a clear plan what to do to make SGA and Thunder uncomfortable, all this without its best player and below average Center.

In the end, Thunder wore down Lakers on pure talent and bench depth, but strategically, Lakers were actually better prepared, and all that with their best player being 41 years old Lebron.

Now, compare that to Wolves and Spurs, all they do is drive to the basket with physical players and hope for fouls, or give ball to either Edwards or Wemby to do their job one-on-one, basically nothing special tactically.

Wolves and Spurs are much more talented than Lakers, but they are also much more predictable.

If you swap Reddick with Finch or Johnson, Wolves or Spurs would've been much better teams, maybe even favored over Thunder.
