Has anyone used HBOT to help with focus or long-term cognitive clarity?

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about "brain fuel"... and why some days it feels like my focus is just running on empty. We talk a lot about physical recovery in this group, but I’m really curious about the cognitive side of the journey.

I was reading about how our brains use about 20% of the body's total oxygen, even though they only make up about 2% of our weight. When we’re dealing with "mild cognitive impairment" or just that general mental sluggishness, it’s often because of a drop-off in how efficiently our neurons are utilizing that oxygen.

The idea that we can use a high-pressure environment to essentially "force-restart" some of those mitochondrial processes in the brain is honestly one of the most exciting parts of this therapy for me. It’s like giving your brain a high-octane boost of energy to help clear out the cobwebs.

For the veterans here: Did you notice a "lift" in your mental sharpness or memory after a certain number of sessions? I’d love to hear if the focus benefits were immediate for you or if it was more of a gradual "sharpening" over time.

I found a really interesting breakdown that explains the specific mechanisms behind how HBOT targets cognitive impairment and supports overall brain health. Sharing it here for anyone else looking to optimize their mental performance:
